Walking through the town of Thira on Santorini I came upon a doorway that seemed to lead to nowhere. Looking through the portico, the view was magical. I decided to try to capture that feeling.

At night in the town of Chani on the isle of Crete, I stumbled upon this man serving what must have been some sort of spiced tea. To serve the drink, he must bend forward for the warm libation to pour. It adds a formal touch and made the drink even more exotic.
